30 paź 2024 · Test it and make sure it work with all platforms or get a dedicated app like Prime Video does. Oh it worked on her computer so it's my issue. It does works on Apple iPhone and iPad but I'm not watching a tv show on my phone!
21 paź 2023 · From my experience, not being able to load the Stream portal from web and getting the 3 dots continuously has to do with a browser bug. Fixed by updating your web browser. Not by disabling extensions.
25 paź 2023 · Firstly try Xfinity on a PRIVATE/Incognito Window and if it works then there is an extension that's interfering with Xfinity. My Edge extension that was interfering is GHOSTER. If you're still experiencing issues when trying to stream off the Xfinity Stream App, I would be happy to continue troubleshooting.
