26 maj 2022 · Xfinity app on my iphone won't log me in. Tech support yesterday couldn't help. No combination of phone resets, app re-downloads, password resets, etc. seem to help. I have a technician coming to the house today because I cannot activate my new modem - need the xfinity app.

If the Xfinity Stream app is not responding or crashing, you should: Make sure you’re on the latest version by visiting your device’s app store and checking for updates. If you’re on the latest version, try restarting your device. If you’re still experiencing issues, try logging out and logging back in to the app.
26 paź 2023 · My Stream app works perfectly fine on my smart tv at home and on my phone when I am connected to Wi-Fi. When I am not connected to Wi-Fi, the shows I try to watch that I recorded don't play. The app will take forever to load and if you get the show to play, the app just closes.
7 paź 2023 · For the past week, AppleTV+ opens normally, a program can be selected, 30 second promotional ads for other shows play normally, but when program should start, error message displays "Video Not Available" "There's a problem loading this video." Everything else on COMCAST Xfinity works including Peacock and Max apps.
3 lis 2024 · Neither YouTube or Amazon Prime apps are working on my tv. Just get some message that engineers are working on the problem. YouTube works fine on computer.
15 wrz 2023 · We have a bunch of recordings on our X1 DVR, but only a small number are on the Stream App. The ones from the stream app are from one show, and not the latest recordings. It’s like it stopped syncing. I have checked on multiple devices, iPhone, iPad, Fire TV, and stream website, and they all are missing the recordings.
6 sie 2022 · None of the Xfinity apps (MyAccount, TV Remote, Stream) or the website chat function will work on either my iPhone or iPad. My apple products are on version 15.6. The apps just have a spinning load icon that never finishes.
