10 paź 2022 · I powered up the X1 box and I got the Welcome screen followed by a on screen message that says. "Just a moment you've caught us in the middle of a quick household update. Hold on while we finish up." Then the screen goes blank and never completes the setup after waiting 30 minutes.
27 paź 2024 · A few tips that may help: 1. Sign out of the Xfinity Stream App, then log back in. 2. Delete the Stream App channel, then re-install it. This will require you to sign in again. 3. Perform a Modem Refresh using the Xfinity App. If you have X1 cable boxes, a System refresh on the main cable box is also recommended.
