19 cze 2019 · To access the YouTube app, press the xfinity button on your remote control and navigate to Apps > YouTube. Using the voice remote, you can also open the app by saying "YouTube," or search for specific video types, e.g., "Best street food in the world on YouTube."
3 lis 2024 · Neither YouTube or Amazon Prime apps are working on my tv. Just get some message that engineers are working on the problem. YouTube works fine on computer.
4 cze 2020 · we had this happen to one box (XG1) night before last. Issue was resolved after restarting it which took a bit longer than usual. Xfinity button - Settings (gear icon at far right) - Device Settings - Power - Restart (very bottom) then Restart to confirm. know it is just workaround but solved here ... good luck!
