3 lis 2024 · Neither YouTube or Amazon Prime apps are working on my tv. Just get some message that engineers are working on the problem. YouTube works fine on computer.
19 cze 2019 · If you want to manually change your settings, you must set the video display to 2160p30 or 2160p60 resolution on the 4K capable Xfinity TV Box. On the X1 XG1v4 or Xi6 TV Box or Flex Xi6 or XiOne streaming TV box, this can be done in the Settings menu, and the cables provided are compatible.

4 cze 2020 · 4 years ago. we had this happen to one box (XG1) night before last. Issue was resolved after restarting it which took a bit longer than usual. Xfinity button - Settings (gear icon at far right) - Device Settings - Power - Restart (very bottom) then Restart to confirm.
