If you’re on the latest version, try restarting your device. If you’re still experiencing issues, try logging out and logging back in to the app.
Follow these steps to attempt to resolve the issue: Refresh the app by pressing EXIT on your remote control. Go back into the app, highlight the app feature of your choice and press OK to view the Detail Screen. Check to see if the issue is happening across all apps. If it's not, try the app again in 30 minutes.
