Application Locks allow you to lock specific apps on Xfinity X1. When an app is locked, you'll need to enter your four-digit Parental Control PIN before you can open it. For information on how to set up a Locks PIN, see Setting up an X1 Locks PIN and turning Parental Controls on/off.
Enter a four-digit Locks PIN of your choosing. Re-enter the Locks PIN to confirm. Press the Exit key to go back to regular TV viewing. Note: If you forget your Locks PIN, see Manage X1 and Stream PIN Settings Online. Learn to turn parental controls on and off.
26 wrz 2021 · If I go to xfinity.com/stream, I get a message that reads "now connecting to your entertainment experience" (or something close to that). However, it just gets stuck on that message and never connects. Some comments on the Xfinity discussion group suggest that its because of macOS Big Sur.
5 wrz 2022 · I'm able to log in to Xfinity from the web browser, but the following errors pops up when I try to sign in on the xfinity app. “Sorry, We’re Having Some Trouble”. I've tried some basic troubleshooting such as closing and reinstalling the app, restarting phone, etc. to no avail. Customer support has been unable to provide a solution.
