26 wrz 2021 · If I go to xfinity.com/stream, I get a message that reads "now connecting to your entertainment experience" (or something close to that). However, it just gets stuck on that message and never connects.
9 sty 2021 · You should do the usual and loosen/tighten the RF cable on the back of the Comcast box and also at the other end, probably a splitter somewhere in the house. There is an app somewhere on the newer X1 boxes to check signal stength, not too clever but you could try it.
7 wrz 2023 · Recently I updated my tv box to a x1 box and then the issues started. Everything will work for a day or so and then only black screen is shown. Then I restart the box and it is fine for another day.
