21 cze 2024 · If HP scan is not present then use HP Smart. get HP Smart from the microsoft store if needed. You may have an old version. You will have to sign into HP Smart using your HP account. To put HP Smart (or HP Scan) on the desktop: For Windows 10, click Start.
22 lut 2021 · All of a sudden not to be able to have the HP Smart app work. AND no real information when you run the HP Doctor, load the Support Assistant, check the support options, etc. I tried the link to HP Scan and Capture - and get another error code while trying to download that.
Try scanning from the printer driver if scanning from HP Smart or other apps does not work. Make sure the printer is on and ready, and then load your original into the scanner. In Windows, search Control Panel, and then open Control Panel .

10 kwi 2019 · Application not working or not working as expected? HP Smart might need to be Reset, Removed / Reinstalled Find the Advanced Options for your HP Smart application.
3 lis 2024 · Neither YouTube or Amazon Prime apps are working on my tv. Just get some message that engineers are working on the problem. YouTube works fine on computer.
