21 cze 2024 · The HP Smart app continues to provide me with a "cannot connect with scanner" error message, in spite of having tried almost everything to resolve the problem. Ironically, Print scan doctor v5.7.2 works in identify the problem and when this is run it give me the change to "Scan test" successfully.
Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup. Wireless isolation could be causing your printer to appear offline. Check with your router manufacturer for more information.
22 lut 2021 · My printer stopped scanning today - I am able to print, but when I try to open HP Smart, it won't load and either closes out completely or it will sit on the "Loading HP Cloud services" screen and not do anything.

26 cze 2024 · HP Scan is not installed if the printer does not support Scan. The Printer Assistant is not installed if the type of full driver software does not support it. If the printer model includes built-in Fax hardware, the software supports the setup and use of the Fax driver.
17 mar 2021 · HP Smart does not allow scanning to the computer from the front panel. You do have the option for the 8720 printer by installing its essential software, then enable Scan to Computer via HP Utility, both options are available for your printer at HP Support:
