15 wrz 2023 · I have a NEW HP Deskjet Printer that I cannot connect to my Xfinity home network. The HP setup software states the printer will not connect to my network after many attempts. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps in the HP manual and online help forums with no success.
29 lis 2021 · On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings. Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network. Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.

7 lip 2020 · I have an HP Designjet 500 42" that I've been using for ages with my Windows 10 desktop PC but recently it's stopped working - the file goes to the queue but never gets to the printer. I've checked the USB lead etc, plugged into different port, tried updating the drivers - all the usual but it will not work.

3 sty 2022 · I searched far and wide on the web looking for solutions and I've found some workarounds that describe my issue, like not letting windows manage my default printer and using windows 8.1/XP 64bit drivers. Unfortunately nothing seems to be fixing this problem.
