1 sie 2022 · The app really is a great complement and Wi-Fi management tool. When looking on a PC at something like Google Play Store, it will tell you if the app is available as a PC download or mobile only. All of our Apps are mobile only.

17 sty 2023 · After a few seconds (without any update progress) it flips to the "Give us a call." screen and indicates that "we've run into a problem." The download status reads "Failed to download image."
21 lis 2021 · This particular box is not recognized as being connected to the X1 system when I pull it up on the Xfinity app. All of my other boxes are showing as connected and working properly. This box says "Status Unavailable."
There are a few things you can do if a download is corrupted and won't play.

22 wrz 2023 · Today we started getting an error message when we try to access Apps on on main cable box. When you select an App, say Netflix, we get an error that states: "This feature requires Xfinity Internet". We have Xfinity Internet and it is working fine. This is only on the main box as all the wireless boxes access the Apps just fine.
