Message came up that says “software update is in progress” doesn’t move past 0% after 5 - 6 minutes it says “we’ve run into a problem here, give us a call” but doesn’t list a number and can’t exit the screen. Displays Download Status: No Gateway Found. Question.

21 lis 2021 · During a regular nightly update of my X1 system one of my cable boxes (the Pace PXD01ANI) started alternating flashing red and green and displays the message on my TV that "A software update is in progress - Attempting to acquire current software."
