16 kwi 2023 · I've tried a dozen times or so over the past several weeks and the AppleTV+ app on the X1 platform fails to launch. It seems to get stuck on the display showing a black screen with the apple emblem with tv+ forever. All other apps work on X1 including Peacock, Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Youtube, HBO Max, Paramount+, etc without issue ...
I am having this same issue on all of my devices both wired and wireless, mainly with Facebook and Instagram, where pages/posts/images/videos won't fully load, but not all of them. I tried working with Xfinity support but because a speedtest is fine, they are blaming the issue on my router.
