25 kwi 2022 · Streaming is not working on my Windows PC. It has streamed perfectly for years until now. I get the message that I don't have any channels listed with my plan, which I pay for 140 channels every month. Streaming works on my Amazon Fire stick for my tv, but not on my Windows computer.
If the Xfinity Stream app is not responding or crashing, you should: Make sure you’re on the latest version by visiting your device’s app store and checking for updates. If you’re on the latest version, try restarting your device. If you’re still experiencing issues, try logging out and logging back in to the app.
3 lis 2024 · Neither YouTube or Amazon Prime apps are working on my tv. Just get some message that engineers are working on the problem. YouTube works fine on computer.
25 paź 2023 · I get nothing but "Xfinity - now connecting to your entertainment experience" and the blinking 3 dots. No error page, just that. A few days ago it was fine and then suddenly stopped loading. It also is fine if I open the streaming website on my work computer or my apps on my devices.
