18 lip 2024 · xfinity app not working. Installed the xfinity app (com.xfinity.digitalhome version 5.28.0-2) on my Android 14 phone and my Android 9 tablet. On my tablet, app launches and presents a Sign In screen (which appears to be a native app).
The Xfinity My Account app can help troubleshoot connectivity issues. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, log in, and run the connectivity test. The app may guide you through steps specific to your account.
