Hey, I just signed up for an account with xfinity (I am moving to a new place and am a full time student) and need to get that student discount. I have the 400 MBPS plan and I bought a modem thingy and my plan is almost 100 bucks a month.
Going to the student deals page, it just says that it's for new customers, but I was wondering if there was any way for me to get it, or get a better plan. I'm currently paying $59.99 for 100 Mbps for 24 months with a 2-year agreement, and then I hear that a student deal exists for 400 Mbps for $38.99.

I have tried for years now to work with xfinity to get the student discount for the current 2-3 year plan I've had with xfinity. I have verified myself as a student but i have not been able to successfully pick a plan or receive any help regarding getting this discount with an exisitng plan.
My promo discount for students is about to end this year (signed a 1 year contract) and I think my price will increase for the next month. While I don't see it on my account yet, I have like a $40 discount per month.
