To enable, CC should be set to On. To disable, CC should be set to Off. Using your Xfinity remote, press the left or right arrow to change the CC option to your desired setting. You also have the option to edit the look and feel of CC on the device by using Background. This will set the background color or leave it transparent depending on what you find easiest to use.
