5 lip 2022 · I recently purchased the Microsoft Xbox wireless Bluetooth Headset to play on my Xbox and talk in Discord on my PC. Worked fine for about a week until Windows stopped recognizing my headset as an Input device for my mic. Still works for Audio output but not at all for Mic input.

29 mar 2024 · Hold down the headset's power button and the mute button simultaneously (both buttons are located on the left earcup), and then quickly plug the USB-C cable into your console, PC, or outlet. If the hard reset is successful, the headset should power off. Turn the headset back on.
21 kwi 2021 · I am using the Xbox Wireless Headset with the Xbox Adapter for windows 10 and I am experiencing frequent audio drops while playing games. Happens most notably in Cyberpunk 2077 for me. But I have also had them in almost every game I have played using them so far.

Try reconnecting the headset while the microphone is activated!
Mic issues: If your friends can’t hear you, first make sure that your mic isn’t muted, then check in headset settings that Auto-mute is not set to High (try turning Auto-mute off). If that doesn’t fix the problem, restart both devices. You should also check to see if a firmware update is available for your headset.
I am using the Xbox One headset with one speaker + the mic; the same problem happens when i use 3rd party earbuds plugged in the 3.5 mm headphone port. Also, to add salt to injury, while using the wireless adapter on my other PC with windows 10 everything works fine.
