14 wrz 2024 · You can try to clear Microsoft Store cache. Reset the Microsoft Store cache: Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK. Note: A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.
Please first check whether you are using the latest version number of the OneDrive sync client and the Mac operatingh system. If no, I suggest you keep them updated, restart the Mac and then do a test to see the result again.
OneDrive has always had issues on a Mac but lately it's been worse than ever. The app will close every five minutes. No notice just no longer showing in the top menu bar.
Try the following: Make sure the OneDrive process is running. Look for the OneDrive icon on the right side of the menu bar. Restart OneDrive. Select the OneDrive icon on the menu bar, then select Quit OneDrive. Use Spotlight to search for OneDrive and reopen it. Update the OneDrive sync app for Mac.
