14 wrz 2024 · You can try to clear Microsoft Store cache. Reset the Microsoft Store cache: Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK. Note: A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.
19 wrz 2012 · my original xbox drive once turned on and you press the eject button, the tray opens and then closes constantly and does not stop unless you switch off the unit. there is no way to stop it from opening and closing.
Now, after installing xbox app through MS Store, the app is stuck in "Updating" at 100%, the xbox logo keeps pulsing, so the app is not freezed but nothing more happens. I tried to restart the app, but if I do this, the original problem comes back (app won't start and closes itself after a minute). Thanks all and hope somebody can help with this.
