7 mar 2018 · As a workaround, you can save all the pictures that you want to access on your console to https://onedrive.live.com by using another device first like a computer. With this, you can use the OneDrive app on your Xbox One to access them easily just by signing in your Xbox account. Let us know if you need further assistance.

If you want to use images downloaded off the internet you will need a USB drive and the Xbox media app. Insert the USB drive into a PC, download your content then transfer the USB drive to your Xbox. This will allow you to use any image you download onto the USB drive to change your dashboard background image in the settings menu.
I am happy to help and provide the solution to your problem. Change your Xbox gamerpic. Every Xbox profile has a gamerpic, the picture shown next to your gamertag. You can change it anytime using an image from the console or your own custom image. You will need a USB drive that you plug into your Xbox, or you can do this via the Xbox mobile app.
