7 lut 2023 · All no luck and no changes. Tested the connection using laptop, all good there. Only affecting xbox live services. Almost like their ports are not accepting packets or an ISP is packet shaping to prevent them.
You can check for packet loss on your console by looking at your detailed network statistics: Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings .
Run the connection test again to see if there is any measurable improvement in your connection quality (Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings > Test network speed & statistics). Look for an increase in upload/download speed and a reduction in packet loss (0% packet loss is best).
30 maj 2023 · Reset your Internet Connection. Try resetting your router once to fix the High Packet Loss issue on Xbox. Unplug the router and wait for a couple of minutes before turning on the router again. Launch your game and check if you still have network issues. Avoid Peak Usage Times.
