7 lut 2023 · All no luck and no changes. Tested the connection using laptop, all good there. Only affecting xbox live services. Almost like their ports are not accepting packets or an ISP is packet shaping to prevent them.
Xbox Live is currently having service issues, because of this your console can't contact the servers which results in high package loss. You can see the current service status right here support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status
Run the connection test again to see if there is any measurable improvement in your connection quality (Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings > Test network speed & statistics). Look for an increase in upload/download speed and a reduction in packet loss (0% packet loss is best).
