Uploading your captures to the OneDrive or Xbox network is helpful for two things: viewing your captures when you’re using a mobile or PC app from Xbox and sharing your captures. Automatic uploading is standard, but in some cases you might have to enable the setting.
Go to My games & apps > See all > Apps > Captures. Set your filters to locate the captures you want to back up. Select Manage. When you select one or more captures, you’ll see a list of backup options. To back up the captures you’ve selected, choose Upload to OneDrive.
