29 kwi 2023 · The issue foe me started after downloading Zombie Army 4's free Season One DLC (or trying, rather). The download got stuck at 0% and is now holding up anything I try to download, and I've even uninstalled and reinstalled everything I could possibly think of. Commenting to keep record of this and hope to find a solution. Started last night for me.
