5 mar 2022 · I've bought a new Xbox X|S controller (model no. 1914). I've successfully used it with my PC, but when I try to use it on my mac (MacOS big sur 11.6.4), it doesn't work properly.

6 lut 2024 · Press the controller's Xbox button to turn the controller on. Press and hold the controller's Connect button for a few seconds to put the controller into pairing mode. This makes it discoverable by your Apple device.
If the controller won’t power on even when connected with a USB cable, then the controller needs to be replaced (go to “Replace your controller” below). If your controller turns on when connected with a cable, try updating the controller firmware:
19 cze 2022 · Xbox Series X Controller Connectivity Issues with Mac. I have attempted several times to pair my Xbox controller with my iMac but for some reason, it isn't being detected by the device. It would connect just fine with my MacBook Air. I'm assuming that this is an issue with the iMac.
13 gru 2023 · What if the Xbox controller won't connect with a Mac? If you have trouble connecting, try running software updates on your Mac and the Xbox controller.
29 kwi 2020 · I am able to connect the Wireless xbox one controller perfectly fine via bluetooth on Mac. However, on games such as footnote, the buttons are swapped around and some don't work at all making it unusable. both the game and my Mac are on the latest OS.
27 mar 2021 · On your Mac, go to System Preferences > Bluetooth. You’ll find a list of nearby devices to connect to, including one called Xbox wireless controller. Click on the Connect button to the right of that device name. Your controller should now be paired with your Mac!
