I been thinking of getting a dial caliper for my work, and I see that the dial ones come with lifetime warranty and the digital ones are 90 days. Say they don't zero out anymore or they get dropped, can I just walk in there, hand over my old one, and they will replace it?
Replacing the big caps nearest the PSU fixed it. Thanks for all the help here guys, the consensus seems to be bad capacitors, issue with screen resolution or bad AV cables. Brought it to a mates and it is working almost fine, still a little flickering.
