i have 2008-2009 Audi A4 1.8TFSI 135.000km vehicle. i bought it july 2015 as a used vehicle. *1N1 - Power steering (Not servotronic) And my car's steering whell is too stiff. its hard to parking etc.
5 kwi 2017 · There was a Audi issued TSB 481461, That covers this problem. A revised part was issued for the intermediate steering shaft that corrected this issue. One or both universal joints was subject to seizure. 8K1419753H was issued and supersedes previous editions (53A-53G).
15 lip 2016 · Checked fluid levels and was all fine, turn it off and on again a couple times then suddenly, the steering became light like it should be stationary. Ran a scan of the car and it gave me Solenoid valve for servotronic as a fault.
7 wrz 2012 · Problem solved, new section of steering rod installed and that has cured knocking sound when turning wheel. Rattling also fixed which was something to do with seat belt mechanism. All done under warranty.
