22 paź 2013 · The warranty will continue for the remainder of your original warranty, or for 95 days after they return your fixed xbox (whichever is greater). However, if you pay to have it fixed, the automatic one-year warranty and the three-year Red Ring warranty start anew.
Request an Xbox controller replacement. If your controller isn’t working and needs replacing, enter the controller’s serial number at the bottom of this page. You can find the serial number inside the battery compartment, below the barcode.
