I've tried restarting, disconnecting, reconnecting, etc. but I cannot get it to show up in Xbox Accessories for me to update the firmware. So frustrating. I don't have any access to an Xbox or PC to do update it. Using Parallels 18.1.1, Win11, on M2 Macbook. I use the Xbox controller via mac or appletv for game streaming via Moonlight.
