29 gru 2011 · Email or call Customer Service for Xbox (1-800-4MY-XBOX) & make them replace the battery pack under the Accessory Warranty. As long as it's brand new, it's within the 90-day warranty period and you'll be able to get it swapped out.
Your best bet is to get rechargeable batteries. I do own alot of original 360 battery packs and I have some that are working fine however most of the packs I own have high resistance and therefore won't work correctly in a controller showing 3 bars of charge even when fully charged.
