It should be noted that the Phat version typically utilizes RJTAG methods rather than RGH 2.0 and has bricked consoles in the past possibly due to bad production runs.
Pretty much all xbox 360s made before 2012 can be modded. But I must say the difficulty level has increased over time. The xbox 360s that are made after 2013 (some winchester motherboard) can't be flashed as of now.
