If you have an Xbox 360 lying around with the OEM hard drive, you can run Unreal Championship 2 in backwards-compatibility mode. The framerate isn’t great but it does work. Alternatively, the game is also in the backwards-compatibility list for Xbox One / Series X.
Games from Xbox One and Series are getting ported onto PC, and now 360 games are playable on PC thanks to emulation. However, there is one more huge plus that I think many would be interested in. Split screen Halo on PC.
Xenia doesn't require any Xbox 360 system files. Xenia will check for the minimum supported CPU and GPU on startup and error out if one is not detected. Make sure that you have the latest drivers installed.

We should have working emulators at some point in the future, but at this time we're not even close. Best option at this point is to find if the games you want to play were released on pc, or get a modded Xbox 360, or mod your own.

You just need to download the Xbox 360 emulator from Internet, install the software on your PC, then follow the instruction to play Xbox console games on the Windows PC.
