You want two boards to moving freely or through-hole connector. The copper cable is called flex ribbon. So I would go with buying a new USB Adapter for the Xbox 360 controller.

Just connect your controller to a usb-C cable and it will run without a battery installed. Maybe it’s a common knowledge, but i have just received my Series X and this is my first console since the 360.
6 cze 2015 · From your picture, and a bit of googleing, it appears that the wired controller has an "inline release", designed so if you trip over the cable it breaks away rather than pulling your 360 off the shelf.
