28 sty 2024 · I updated my PC to the latest windows update and after that my wired Xbox 360 controller (s) have stopped working on my PC. I have reinstalled the drivers, tried different USB ports (USB 3.0 and 2.0) and also verified that the controllers are functional on different windows PC.

PSA: If you're using an XBox Wireless Controller on Windows 10, you can update the controller firmware with the "XBox Accessories" app available from the Microsoft Store. I had no idea about this, and it actually solved a number of Bluetooth connectivity issues I was having.
