Went on a trip recently and unfortunately lost the dongle rendering the headset unusable. Totally my fault but was wondering if you sold the USB wireless receiver separately. Not able to find it online and would prefer not to spend another AUD$300 for another full headset!
27 gru 2023 · -If you're using a USB 3.0 port, try a USB 2.0 port, or vice versa. Some users have reported that changing the USB port resolved their issue. -Inspect the USB-C to USB-A adapter for any physical damage.
