Having looked at it again, I think it's a scam site. https://microsoft-xbox.eu/ Don't fall for it like we did. In her defence, it is the top result (albeit an ad) when searching for "xbox series x buy" in our region. It does look like an offical microsoft site too.
The BBB recommends searching the company’s name followed by “scam” to view any possible complaints. Don’t buy from any stores that do not have legitimate contact information like a phone number or support chat.

The xbox series x all access pre-order with order number was there and confirmed. So if anyone else received a similar email today, I can promise you that it is legitimate. Reply
Talked to their customer service agents multiple times after my account was blocked by them for making purchases online. Then when I returned to US and purchased a second xbox S, they blocked that account too. I even purchased xbox card from Costco but couldn't use it on my account online.
