21 paź 2024 · 1. Incorrect Systems settings. Solution: Adjust your video output settings. Their is a known issue when you attempt to watch Blu-ray disks if your console's refresh rate is set to 24Hz. Configure the Xbox’s graphic setting for anything that's not 24Hz.

This has been happening to my Xbox One. Turns on, shows the green loading screen then goes to a black screen. Initially, I thought it was a bricked xbone. I then let it sit for about three minutes but no more than five and it loaded the dashboard.
22 wrz 2017 · Try detaching the hard drive if the black screen appears only when loading a game. Also, try loading different games. If the black screen appears from startup, listen for sound—if there is sound, it's a video problem.

17 wrz 2022 · There is a simple fix. Go into settings on the main screen and Video. Disable all output resolutions: 1080i, 720p and 480p. Back out to the main menu and try the game. It worked for me when I did this. I am planning on leaving my Xbox with all resolutions disabled unless I am playing a game that supports 480p or 720p.
