SOLE administrators requesting an account or multiple accounts for new faculty, staff, and students, should contact SOLE Support directly at solesupport@hsc.wvu.edu to submit a request.
How do I request a SOLE account? ALL HSC faculty and staff are automatically provisioned SOLE accounts once they have been added to WVU Active Directory as part of their on-boarding process. All HSC students are issued SOLE accounts as part of their school orientation process.
Requests can be made by completing the SOLE Account Request form. All User accounts are disabled after one year of inactivity (not logging into SOLE for 1 calendar year) and deleted after one year of being disabled. If your SOLE account has been disabled, please contact solesupport@hsc.wvu.edu to request that it be re-enabled.
A SOLE course or site can be requested by completing the SOLE Site request form. Connecting the course CRN to the course configuration will apply a Term to your course. Otherwise, courses can be set to exist for up to 2 years forward if term dates do not apply.
