Due to concerns about county death records which are less than 50 years old having social security numbers available for viewing online, we have blocked searching for all death records less than 50 years old. The 1964 deaths will become available on January 1, 2016.

19 sie 2024 · The collection consists of an index & images of state death certificates located at the Kentucky Office of Vital Statistics in Frankfort, Kentucky. Certificates are arranged first by year, then by month, then alphabetically by county. They have continuous certificate numbers for each year.
Name index of West Virginia statewide and county death records. The statewide death index covers years 1917-1956 and includes all 55 West Virginia counties. The county deaths index covers years 1853-1970. Data is searchable for all state and county records. However, records within each county may not be available for the full year range.
