West Virginia LPN license renewal applications are available on the Nurse Portal. The renewal period begins September 1 and any license not renewed by October 31 will lapse and require an additional fee to reactivate.
All California LVNs are required to complete continuing education (CE) as part of the license renewal process. Continuing Education Requirements. LVNs must complete 30 contact hours of CE every two years. However, LVNs renewing for the first time after passing their licensure exam within the past two years are exempt from the CE requirement.
