Tuition is a direct cost that you must pay to WSU student accounts. The full-time tuition charge covers from 10 to 18 credits at the same cost. Course loads of fewer than 10 or more than 18 credit hours are charged on a per-credit basis.

Pay by Check using either: In-Person Delivery or U.S. Postal Service. Make check payable to Washington State University. Always include your WSU ID Number on your check. Payments made by in-person delivery will post to your account immediately. Check Types: Personal Cashier, Money Order, Travelers Check. Your canceled check serves as your receipt.
Washington State University is now offering payment plans for students. Payment Plans are on a single term basis. You will need to enroll each term. Enrollment does not carryover to the next term. WSU Fall 2024 due dates under the payment plan*
Tuition and fees are due the first day of class which is August 21, 2023 for the Fall and January 08, 2024 for the Spring. The charges will be online as early as July 17th for Fall 23 term / approximately November 29th for Spring 24 term, and no later than one week before the start of classes.
