The 2024 WPIAL/UPMC Sports Medicine Boys' & Girls' Wrestling Championships begin with the preliminary round of the boys' team championships on Monday, January 27 and run until the Class 2A and 3A boys' individual championships on Feb. 21-22. In boys' wrestling, team and individual champions will be crowned.
