Applications must be complete and received by the department by the deadline to be considered. Interviews (in person or remote) are required for Behavioral Neuroscience, Clinical, Cognitive, Developmental, Health, Quantitative, Social, and Social and Affective Neuroscience Area finalists.

All doctoral students must complete the following seven courses: Psychology 250A and 250B, which must be completed in the first year; 251A, 251B, and 251C, which must be completed by the end of the fall quarter of the second year; and 495A and 495B (for a total of 22 units).

Requirements. Worcester Polytechnic Institute does not require SAT scores for admission. For students who choose to submit scores, note that WPI requests that applicants not superscore, and submit individual section scores and the date of each test administration. WPI does not require the optional essay section of the SAT.
