Requirements for a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. To ensure you receive an appropriately broad and well-balanced education at MSU, psychology majors must satisfy the requirements of three separate units that represent three administrative levels: the University. the College of Social Science. the Department of Psychology.
Psychology. Students in WPI’s Psychological Science program examine the mind from various viewpoints to understand how people think and behave in different situations. Students learn about and engage in scientific research in classrooms and with faculty mentors in their research laboratories.

Program Distribution Requirements for the Psychological Science Major. The normal period of residency at WPI is 16 terms. In addition to the WPI requirements applicable to all students, completion of a minimum of 10 units of study is required in psychological science, social science, basic science, and mathematics as follows.
