There is an addon called Classic Auto Quest, but I believe it only selects the top quest in a list. So if the NPC has multiple quests, it will do only the top one. I used it to turn in 100 sets of ZG coins in a couple of minutes so yeah it works perfectly in that case. It's easy to find too.
