14 maj 2021 · Valor points are only used to upgrade M+ dungeon gear that was dropped after valor was put in. The upgrade NPCs are the same ones in your covenant that upgrades anima gear, and there is one in Oribos by the PvP gear vendors.

It features its own Headless Horseman instance which you can queue up daily.
