30 maj 2017 · A combat log bug that was introduced in 2.4, the macro resets the log which makes Recount(and other stuff) work again. Combat Log Fix addon was supposed to fix it automatically but it doesn't work for me, the macro works perfectly though.

Check the config window (cogwheel icon, or /recount config) and uncheck “ merge pets w/ owners ” to see details about pets, totems or any entity that is treated as pet or guardian. Can you add effective heals to Recount? Everything that Recount displays as healing is what other addons call “effective healing”.

13 mar 2021 · If Recount is not working for you after you went AFK or joined and left several groups then a quick fix around this issue can be to relog into your account. It is a pretty annoying bug with Recount that stops it from working.
