I find doing quests guide-less is a far more enjoyable experience than spacebarring through and making them feel like a boring chore (except maybe Mournings End pt2 & Sliske's Endgame). If you do want a checklist guide, however, the wiki quick guides are in that format, and you can use the alt1 browser overlay to keep it on one screen.
